Service Commission
We provide complimentary service of engaging the tutor but upon a successful match, the parent is required to pay 40% of the first month fees to TuitionALife after 2 weeks of lesson and 60% to the tutor after 1 month of tutoring. For subsequent months, tutors will keep the full tuition fees.

Students and tutors are expected to commit at least one month of tutoring. This allows a minimum period for both the students and the tutors to get used to each other's style of learning and teaching.

Should there be exceptional cases whereby tuition has to be cancelled before one month; parents need only pay for the number of lessons attended. Regardless of the number of weeks tutored, the first 2 weeks fees will be credited to TuitionALife.

A new experienced tutor may be introduced upon request and a 10% refund will be given back to the parents should they request for a change in tutor.

To prevent misuse of the service, an administrative charge of $50.00 would be imposed on either the parent or tutor who cancels any assignment that has been confirmed.

Modes of Payment

For payment methods 1 & 2, a $10 rebate deductible from the service commission fees will be provided.

Important Note: Upon the transfer of funds via ATM, the transaction receipt should be retained for 30 days to facilitate the verification of payment upon request by TuitionALife

You have the assurance that all information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

Tutor's Qualifications
Qualified tutors are very important to our students. We want to ensure that students benefit and improve academically. Upon request by the parents, tutors would need to produce their relevant certificates for verification purposes.

Payment of Referral Services
TuitionALife will rely solely on the contact information provided by the person performing the referral service to execute payment, either by funds transfer via ATM, cheque or voucher and shall not be liable for any financial loss resulting from any contact information inaccuracies and non-delivery.
